Ancestral traditions are like living threads leading to a deep understanding of the past and the future. And gastronomy is one of the most penetrating ways to touch culture and traditions, to understand the history of the native land through flavours and aromas.
We do want the traditions of our ancestors not to be forgotten, which is why we have connected customs and legends, giving them the form of culinary masterpieces. Unique flavour and original serving will provide full immersion of the guest into the history, culture and gastronomy of Kazakhstan.
